 Diagnosis

C. circumflexa differs from its closely related species A. gamma by its forewing ground colour paler and apically less pointed forewing  than other species. Gamma mark larger and foot-shaped.

 Description

Wingspan 40-41mm. Head and vertex covered with paler brown tuft. Forewing broader and apically less pointed; basal and median area brown; gamma mark larger and silvery white. Inverted B like structure present above the median area. In male genitalia, valve broader with well defined ampulla. Vinculum longer. Vesica with apical small but strong cornutus present. Vesica with large spinulose field present. In female genitalia corpus bursae bilobular and tubular. Ductus bursae smaller.
