Diagnosis
S. Jessica differs from its closely related species Ctenoplusia limbirena by its dark silver coloured y-shaped gamma mark as well as C. limbirena with gamma mark divided in to two halves.
Description
Wingspan 20-25mm. Head and vertex suffused with brown-black scales. Forewing darker brown coloured with less shining. Basal and terminal area suffused with pinkish scales. Gamma mark Y-shaped brightly visible. Female genitalia, with shorter ductus bursae; corpus bursae longer with half part heavily sclerotised.
